The staff were very polite and welcoming, exceptional services. I thoroughly enjoyed convenient placing of central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and multi-channel television in the japanese-style twin room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was big, I had a great trip there. The vibe here was quiet!

Our romantic escape was truly beautiful thanks to the stunning location surrounded by nature and the traditional yet stylish interiors of the hotel. The staff were some of the friendliest and hospitable we have encountered, making us feel welcome from start to finish. The private outdoor bath in our spacious room was a real treat, and the high-quality food exceeded our expectations, with delicious Hida beef being served every night.
Although the hotel is situated in a serene and idyllic location, it is quite far away from the city, which could be inconvenient for some travelers. the hotel could have provided more information on nearby activities and hotsprings, and the bus from the nearby station was not very frequent.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully furnished in a modern Japanese style, and the in-room outdoor stone bath was the epitome of relaxation. The highlight, however, was the incredible dinner and breakfast. The Hida beef was simply amazing, and every dish was bursting with flavor and creativity. We felt truly pampered and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
There really isn't anything negative to say about this place. It is meticulously designed in traditional style with attention to detail, offering an authentic and immersive experience.
